Started reading On Death and Dying by Elizabeth Kubler-Ross (sorry Sean I’m doing more research)
Shared some research about being supportive on Instagram and talked with a bunch of people about it
- One of the people I talked to is an abortion doula and is going to share some tips with other doulas about how to support women emotionally better
- Also talked to several people about how their therapists have given them similar advice to help with their anxiety
